Planhat had outgrown its own website. A marketing site that started lean had ballooned into thousands of CMS entries — case studies, changelog notes, integrations, docs — each one adding weight the team could feel but couldn’t pin down.
The brief was deceptively simple: keep everything editable, keep it on Framer, and make it fast. We mapped how content actually flowed — what was queried, what was duplicated, where structure worked against itself. The fix wasn’t a redesign. It was a re-architecture.
